摘要
相对干喷工艺,湿喷工艺回弹量要小的多,施工效率高;同时因为粉尘小,对劳动人员的身体伤害较小。但湿喷工艺在施工中的质量控制方面的技术标准还不完善,且项目管理者主观的认为采用湿喷工艺成本较高,再加上湿喷工艺的实际操作也不够熟练,导致湿喷工艺的推广工作困难重重。本文通过比较干喷工艺和湿喷工艺,意在从经济的角度说明推广湿喷工艺的可行性。
Compared with dry jet process,the springback of wet jet process is much smaller and the construction efficiency is high.Atthe same time,because there is little dust,it does less harm to the body of the laborers.But the technical standards of wet jet process inquality control are not perfect,and the project managers subjectively consider that the cost of wet jet process is higher,coupled with theactual operation of the wet spray process is not skilled enough,the promotion of wet jet process is very difficult.This paper,by comparingthe dry jet process and wet jet process,intends to describe the feasibility of promoting wet jet process from the economic point of view.
