摘要
随着铁路客运专线的高速发展,隧道施工技术的日新月异,长大隧道施工机械化程度得到越来越广泛的应用,尤其在隧道初支、仰拱、水沟电缆槽及保温中心水沟施工上采用了一系列的新型设备和新的施工工艺,为长大隧道施工进度、质量及效益上带来了较好的改善。本文通过对京沈客运专线同盛隧道初支采用湿喷机械手,仰拱、中心保温水沟施作采用移动桁架,水沟电缆槽采用一体机进行研究,并结合以往常规设备施工进行对比,总结了一些适应隧道施工的新型设备及新型工艺,为今后铁路客运专线长大隧道施工提供了参考。
With the rapid development of railway passenger dedicated line and the rapid development of tunnel constructiontechnology,the mechanization of long and large tunnel construction is more and more widely used,especially in the construction of the firstbranch,the invert,the ditch groove and the insulation center of the tunnel,a series of new equipment and new construction technology isapplied,which brings improvement for the progress,quality and efficiency of the construction of long and large tunnels.This paper studiesthe construction of Tongsheng Tunnel of Beijing-Shenyang Passenger Dedicated Line.Wet-jet manipulator was used in the early support,mobile truss was used in inverted arch and center insulation ditch construction,and integrated machine was used in the ditch cable duct.The construction methods are compared with the conventional equipment construction.Some new equipment and new technology to adapt tothe construction of tunnel is summarized,which provides reference for the construction of long and large tunnels in railway passengerdedicated line.
