摘要
当前,应用型高校教师发展中主要面临政府对教师发展的政策指引不足、学校对教师评价体系单一且教师专业发展机构缺乏、地方企业与高校联系不够紧密、教师个人来源单一且认识不足行为上缺乏指引等问题。应用型高校教师发展是一项长期的系统工程,本文从宏观到微观层面上探讨了应用型高校教师发展的重要性和存在的问题,提出了应用型高校教师发展路径与机制的构建方式。
At present,there are some problems in the development of applied university teachers,such as insufficient governmentpolicy guidance for the development of teachers,school teacher single teachers'evaluation system and lack of teachers'professionaldevelopment institutions,defective tightness between local enterprises and universities,and the single teachers'source with not enoughunderstanding and lack of guidelines for their personal behavior.Teachers'development in the application-oriented university is a longtermsystem engineering,and this article discusses its importance and existing problems from macroscopic to microcosmic,puts forward themode of constructing the development path and mechanism.
