摘要
本文在调查分析了2003-2016年间155起地铁施工事故和参照张永亮在《REASON模型在盾构施工中的应用》中提出的人因分析与分类系统(HFACS)模型的基础上,提出了适用于地铁施工事故人因分析的改进后的HFACS,并通过对专家的问卷调查进一步完善了该模型。然后基于改进后的HFACS模型对地铁施工事故进行事故编码,通过对事故的编码建立起地铁施工事故的人因数据库,为以后地铁施工事故原因分析和地铁施工事故的预防提供参考。
This paper propose an improved HFACS method which can be applied to the analysis of subway construction accidents,based on the investigation and analysis of the155subway construction accidents in2003-2016and referring to Zhang Yongliang proposedHFACS model in the"application of REASON model in shield tunneling construction",and through the questionnaire survey of experts tofurther improve the model.Then,based on the improved HFACS model,the subway construction accidents are coded,on this basis,thehuman resource database for subway construction accidents is established.This provides a reference for the analysis of subway constructionaccidents and prevention.
