摘要
随着我国经济、社会的发展,建筑工业化和建筑信息化将成为我国未来建筑行业发展的主流。BIM为Building Information Modeling,即建筑信息模型。BIM是以三维数字技术为基础,集成了建筑工程项目各种相关信息的工程数据模型,BIM是对工程项目设施实体与功能特性的数字化表达。本文通过分析BIM技术概念和特征、装配式建筑的现状及存在的问题,认为BIM技术基本能有效地解决现有装配式建筑项目中存在的主要问题。因此,在装配式建筑工程中,运用BIM技术是可行的,也是必要的,这将有利于减少工期、节约成本、提出效率,并能真正达到建筑行业工业化和信息化的目的。
With the development of China's economy and society,the industrialization and informatization of building will become themainstream of the the construction industry development in China.BIM is Building Information Modeling.BIM is based on the3D digitaltechnology,and integrates the engineering data model of all kinds of relevant information of the construction project.BIM is the digitalexpression of the entity and function characteristics of the project facilities.Based on the analysis of the concept and characteristics of BIMtechnology,the present situation and existing problems of the assembly building,the author thinks that the BIM technology can effectivelysolve the main problems of the existing assembly construction projects.
