随着我国建筑工程信息模拟的先进化,BIM技术得到了越来越多的应用,由于它具有在可视性、协调模拟等方面的优势,使得它在建筑工程中得到了广泛的使用。本文就基于BIM技术在工程管理的实践进行研究。最后,借助实际案例分析了BIM技术在具体工程中的使用步骤以及注意事项,为BIM的应用提供了理论和实践基础。

With the evolution of the construction information simulation in China,BIM technology has been widely applied,andbecause of its advantages in visibility,coordination simulation and other aspects,it has been widely used in architectural engineering.In thispaper,the practice in engineering management based on BIM technology is studied.Finally,through the actual case,it analyzes the steps ofBIM technology in practical engineering and matters needing attention,so as to provide theoretical and practical basis for the application ofBIM.
