蚌埠市政府购买养老服务的问题及对策研究

Study on the Problems and Countermeasures of Bengbu Government Purchasing Pension Service

本文采用文献研究中现存统计资料分析的方法,对蚌埠市养老服务机构的相关指标包括床位供给状况、资源配置效率、人才分布状况等进行计算量化并深入描述分析,发现蚌埠市政府在购买养老服务过程中存在如下问题:购买力度不足、资源配置效率较低,人力资源分配不均衡不合理等。最后论文提出了政府购买养老服务的政策建议。

This paper uses the method of analysis of the existing statistical data in literature research,to make a quantitative calculationto relevant indexes of pension services in Bengbu including bed supply situation,the efficiency of resource allocation,personnel distributionand take an in-depth description and analysis.It is found that there are following problems existing in the process of the Bengbu governmentpurchasing the pension service:the lack of purchasing power,the low efficiency of resource allocation,the unbalanced distribution of humanresources and so on.Finally,the paper puts forward some policy suggestions for the government to purchase pension services.
