面向现代办公建筑的旧工业建筑改造策略研究

Research on the Old Industrial Building Reconstruction Strategy for Modern Office Buildings

从现代建筑技术的角度来讲,旧工业建筑虽然随着社会的发展逐渐退出历史舞台,但没必要将其一并拆除。建筑师可以结合现代建筑理念对旧工业建筑进行合理改造,重新赋予其使用价值,这样不仅能避免大拆大建造成环境污染,而且可以节省一大笔重建资金,对于提高建筑施工经济效益大有裨益。本文针对目前国内旧工业建筑分类及结构特征,简述现阶段我国在旧工业建筑改造方面存在的问题,进而从技术角度提出旧工业建筑改造设计理念及具体策略。

From the perspective of modern architectural technology,although the old industrial buildings gradually withdraw from thehistorical stage with the development of society,it is not necessary to dismantle them together.Architects can do reasonable transformationof the old industrial buildings combined with the modern architectural concept,and re-give it use value,so as not only to avoid large-scaleconstruction of environmental pollution,but also save a lot of reconstruction funds,to improve the construction of large economic benefitsbenefit.According to the classification and structural characteristics of the old industrial buildings in China,this paper briefly introduces theexisting problems in the reconstruction of old industrial buildings at present,and then puts forward the old industrial building designconcept and the concrete strategy from the technical point of view.
