Drought is the main cause of agricultural production reduction in the project area.Water conservancy is the lifeblood ofagriculture and the basic industry of national economy.Water conservancy occupies a major strategic position in the national economy.Toachieve the strategic goal of national economic development,we must solve the problem of water.In recent years,Hushiha Town has beensubjected to severe droughts.Because there is no effective irrigation system in the project area,the irrigation guarantee rate is very low andthe necessary irrigation system is lacking.The agricultural production in the project area is threatened by drought every year.Therefore,it isnecessary to do a good job in water saving irrigation in the project area,to improve the ability of disaster resistance,so that agriculturalproduction can be stable with high yield.
