摘要
在大量工程建设中,水文站点较少,普遍对工程防洪要求考虑不足,使工程难以长期有效。平原河网地区水位变化的影响因素复杂,本文基于修正后的水文资料,通过频率分析计算,推求设计洪水位特征值,绘制洪水等值线图,并计算区域内工程建设地面最低控制高程和堤防设计高程,以典型区域为例作进一步计算说明。本文的研究成果可以为平原河网地区城市(镇)建设、堤防高程控制提供技术参考。
In a large number of construction projects,there are few hydrological sites,reflecting the general lack of consideration forengineering flood control requirements,which makes the project difficult to be long-term effective.Factors influencing the change of waterlevel in plain river network are complex.Based on the modified hydrological data,through frequency analysis calculation,this paperdeduces the design flood level eigenvalues,draws the flood contour maps,and calculates the minimum control height and embankmentdesign elevation for engineering construction ground in the area,and carries on further calculation with typical area as example.Theresearch results of this paper can provide technical reference for the construction of the city(town)and the embankment elevation control inthe plain river network area.
