摘要
本文采用大数据技术处理并融合了手机信令、交通、互联网、土地利用现状、人口普查等各类数据,构建了识别模型。基于模型对上海城市开发边界范围进行了土地开发潜力分区分类评价,定量计算出各区域和各类用途土地开发潜力。结果显示外围新城和新市镇是主要的潜力区域,工业用地、宅基地具有较大的开发潜力。最后通过分析上海居民地铁通勤特征验证了土地开发潜力分区分类评价结果,并基于评价结果提出了规划建议。
This paper processes and combines traffic data,cell phone data,land use data,and population data using big data technology and constructs a recognition model.Then,based on the recognition model,it evaluates the potential development of stock land within the urban development boundaries of Shanghai and calculates development potential for various regions and land uses.The results show that the new suburban cities and town is the main potential area for development,while the industrial land and country homestead land also have great development potential.This paper verifies the potential land development result by analyzing Shanghai residents’commutes via subway and making some positive suggestions for urban planners.
