安徽省完善农业社会化服务体系对策研究

Research on the Countermeasures to Improve the Agricultural Social Service System in Anhui Province

近年来,随着农村改革的逐步深入,安徽省农业社会化服务体系建设取得了初步成效,但同时也存在农业社会化服务组织机构不够完善、资金投入不足、服务供求结构不合理、金融信贷支持力度不够等问题。因此,应通过加大政府扶持力度、培育服务主体、发展与农业需求相适应的社会化服务、构筑综合性社会化服务平台、建立健全农村金融体系等,进一步完善安徽农业社会化服务体系,提高综合服务水平。

In recent years,with the gradual deepening of the rural reform,the agricultural social service system in Anhui province has achieved great achievements.At the same time,there are still many problems,for example,the agricultural service organizations are not perfect,the capital investment in agriculture is deficient,the service supply and demand cannot be well balanced,and the financial support is not enough,etc.Therefore,it is suggested that the agricultural social service system be improved comprehensively through the following measures such as increasing government supports,fostering the service subjects,developing social service which is compatible with the agricultural development,building a comprehensive social service platform,and constructing sound financial systems in rural areas.
