矿产资源“综合利用率”计算方法完善思路 被引量:1

摘要 《矿产资源综合利用指标及其计算方法》(DZ/T 0272—2015)为矿产资源合理开发利用和有效监管提供权威依据。但《方法》中两个反映综合利用率指标的计算公式存在问题:与"不同精矿产品中回收利用的共伴生有用组分的品种、数量是不完全相同的,或是各不相同的;不同精矿产品中回收利用的同一种共伴生有用组分的精矿品位是不完全相同的,或是各不相同的"的事实不符;相关定义也存在的歧义(偏差)。基于此,按照"建立每一种最终精矿产品与赋存其中的各有用组分之间具有明确的对应关系"的思路,对两个公式及其所涉及的定义进行了相应修正。实例验证表明:此修正改进了原计算公式的代数表达,消除其应用局限,充分体现了"综合利用率"两个指标的设计目的。 The issue of"Mineral resources comprehensive utilization index and its calculation method"(DZ/T0272-2015)has provide effective supervision and authoritative basis for the rational development and utilization of mineral resources.However,the two formulas in the"method"that reflect the comprehensive utilization index have some false facts as follows:with the varieties of the common components of the different concentrate products,which are not exactly the same or it’s different;the concentration of the concentrates of the same co-ordinated useful component in the different concentrate products is not exactly the same or the difference is not the same;the ambiguity(deviation)of the relevant definition also exists.Based on this,the two formulas and the definitions involved are modified in accordance with the idea of"establishing a definite correspondence between each final concentrate product and each of the useful components."The example shows that the proposed method improves the algebraic expression of the original formula and eliminates its application limitations,which fully embodies the design goal of"comprehensive utilization rate".
