山西省16家医院急诊科护士一般自我效能感与总体幸福感的相关性

Correlation between general self-efficacy and overall well-being of emergency nurses of 16 hospitals in Shanxi province

目的调查山西省三级甲等医院急诊科护士自我效能感与总体幸福感现状,分析二者之间的关系。方法使用一般资料问卷、一般自我效能感量表和总体幸福感量表对山西省16家三级甲等医院509名急诊科护士进行调查分析。结果本研究调查结果显示,山西省16家三级甲等医院急诊科护士的一般自我效能感评分和幸福感评分在性别、年龄、最高学历、聘用方式、婚姻状况和月收入等变量的比较上无统计学差异;急诊科护士的一般自我效能感得分为(26.92±4.80)分低于国际成人常模标准(29.46±5.30)分,差异有统计学意义(t=-11.929,P=0.000);急诊科护士的总体幸福感平均得分为(73.00±11.98)分,处于较高水平;急诊科护士一般自我效能感得分与总体幸福感得分呈正相关(r=0.123,P=0.006)。结论急诊科护士的一般自我效能感越高,其总体幸福感越高。管理者可以采取相应的措施,提高护士的一般自我效能感,进而提高护士的总体幸福感。

Objective This study was conducted to investigate the status quo of general self-efficacy and overall well-being of emergency nurses of16third-grade class-A hospitals in Shanxi province,and analyze the correlation between them.Methods A sample of509emergency department nurses from16third-grade class-A hospitals in Shanxi province were investigated and analyzed by using a general information questionnaire,general self-efficacy scale and overall well-being scale.Results The results of investigation showed that there was no significant difference between the general self-efficacy and overall well-being scores in the variables of gender,age,education,employment,marital status and monthly income;emergency nurses'general self-efficacy score(26.92±4.80)was lower than the international norm(29.46±5.30),and the difference was statistically significant(t=-11.928,P=0.000);the average general well-being score of emergency nurses was(73.00±11.98),which was at the middle level;general self-efficacy score was positively correlated with general well-being score(r=0.123,P=0.006).Conclusions The general self-efficacy of emergency nurses is more higher,and the overall well-being is more higher.Managers should take appropriate measures to improve the nurses’general self-efficacy in order to improve their overall well-being.
