大数据环境下高校图书馆嵌入智库建设模式探讨

Discussion on Construction Mode of Embedded Think Tank in Libraries of Universities and Colleges under Big Data Environment

大数据环境为高校图书馆智库建设带来了机遇,智库模式构建有三要素,即数据挖掘技术、智库馆员储备和资金支持,建设原则为标准化、数据化和规范化。根据我国高校图书馆的智库发展现状,提出大数据环境下高校图书馆嵌入智库的建设措施,要明晰智库定位,保持可持续发展;增强服务意识,扩大宣传力度;优化数据资源配置,实现协同效应;提高智库利用率,同时将高效智库研究成果推向社会。

Big data has brought opportunities to the construction of think tank in libraries of universities and colleges.The construction of think tank mode has three factors:data mining technology,think tank librarian reserves and financial support,and the construction principles are standardization,digitization and specification.According to the present situation of the development of think tank in libraries of universities and colleges in China,this article put forward the construction measures of the embedded think tank in libraries of universities and colleges under big data environment:clarify the positioning of the think tank and maintain sustainable development;enhance service awareness and expand propaganda;optimize the allocation of data resources and achieve synergistic effects;improve the utilization rate of think tank and bring the results of efficient think tank research to society.
