摘要
目的以读者需求为本,从读者视角分析研究当前信息服务现状,提出改进措施,提升信息服务的效能。方法通过采用问卷调查法,对医务人员使用图书馆的目的、信息需求情况、获取信息遇到的障碍及对图书馆的意见与建议进行调研。结果收到有效问卷469份。从年龄分布看,<50岁的读者占81.5%;从学历分布看,学士、硕士及以上共占53.1%;从职称分布看,初级职称读者最多,达到29.2%,其次是中级职称的读者约占25.8%。综合读者年龄、学历及职称统计情况,中青年医护技人员所占比例较多,构成我馆读者群的主体。结论应以读者需求为导向,不断提升我馆信息服务水平。
Objective To analyzes the current situation of information services from readers’perspective based on readers’needs;To put forward the improvement measures and promote the effectiveness of information services.Methods By using the method of questionnaire survey,the purpose of the medical staff to use the library,information needs,barriers of access to information and the views and suggestions to the library were investigated.Results There were469valid questionnaires.From the aspect of age distribution,<50year olds accounted for81.5%;from the aspect of distribution of education backgrounds,readers with bachelor,master or higher education backgrounds accounted for53.1%;from the aspect of the distribution of professional titles,readers with primary professional title were the mose,reaching29.2%,followed by the readers with intermediate professional title accounting for about25.8%.According to the age,educational backgrounds and professional titles,the proportion of young and middle-aged medical and technical personnel was the largest,which constituteed the main body of readers.Conclusion Our library should be guided by readers’needs,and constantly enhance the level of information services.
