摘要
微创新是小改变大收获的创新模式。医院图书馆属于小型专业图书馆,具有专业性强、规模较小、用户固定的特点。由于规模与经费的限制,尤其适合开展微创新服务。医院图书馆微创新具有用户思维、馆读互动、灵活快速、持续改善的特征,微创新服务措施有加强馆际沟通合作,采用读者决策采购模式,编制推送书刊二次文献,实行咨询服务首问责任制,借力微信公众平台,支持医院科研工作,开发信息共享空间。
Micro-innovation is an innovation model meaning that small changes bring big benefits.Hospital libraries belong to small-scale professional libraries,with the features of high profession,small scale and fixed users.Because of the limitation of scale and fund,it is suitable for hospital libraries to carry out microinnovation services.Micro-innovation of hospital libraries have the features of user thinking,librarian-reader interaction,flexibility and rapidity,and continuous improvement.Micro-innovation service measures include enhancing the communication and cooperation among libraries,using reader decision-making purchasing model,compiling and pushing secondary documents,promoting first-inquiring responsibility system,applying the Wechat public platform,supporting the hospital research work and developing Information Commons.
