摘要
针对紧邻既有线施工维修天窗优化配置关键问题,系统地分析新线施工与既有线运输间相互影响和制约的因素和潜在风险,综合考虑抢修封锁施工对新线施工作业进展影响、对封锁施工成本和效率的影响以及对既有线列车运行的影响3个关键要素,建立紧邻既有线铁路施工天窗最优化配置模型。并利用建立的优化模型算法,考虑未来可能发生垮坡事故的各种状态,结合沪宁城际铁路Ⅲ标建设管理实践经验,以既有丹阳站与沪宁城际车站并行施工区段为典型案例,进行模拟实验分析对比,验证该优化模型的可行性。
Configuring the skylight configuration key issues for the slope collapse accident adjacent to the existing lines,the influencing factors and the potential risks are systematically analyzed.Considering the three key elements of the effect of construction blockade to new Line construction progress,to the construction cost and efficiency,also to the existing lane,the skylight optimal allocation model based on integer programming is built.Using the optimized model algorithm,various states of future accidents are considered.Combined with the construction management practices of Shanghai-Nanjing Intercity Railway,and taking the Parallel construction sector of existing Danyang railway station and the Shanghai-Nanjing intercity station as a typical case,theanalysis and comparison of simulation experiment are carried out to verify the correctness and feasibility of the optimization model.
