Objective To analyze clinical effect by bisoprolol asβ1receptor blocker in treatmentof dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM)patients. Methods A total of70patients with dilated cardiomyopathy wererandomly divided into conventional group and experimental group,with35cases in each group. Both groupsreceived bisoprolol for treatment, with conventional dosage in the conventional group, and small dose as startingdosage and regulation based on patients condition in the experimental group.Curative effects were comparedbetween the two groups. Results After treatment, the experimental group had better original value of sinus heart rateturbulence(T0)as(0.29±1.00)and slope of sinus heart rate turbulence(TS)as(4.18±2.21)than(-0.16±1.28)and(5.73±2.01)in the conventional group, and their differences all had statistical significance(P<0.05).The experimentalgroup had lower systolic blood pressure as(113.23±9.85)mm Hg(1mm Hg=0.133kPa)and diastolic bloodpressure as(75.14±10.23)mm Hg than(123.25±8.96)and(83.54±10.47)mm Hg in the conventional group, and their differences all had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Implement of bisoprolol showsexcellent curative effect in treating dilated cardiomyopathy patients. This method can effective improve clinicalsymptoms in patients, enhance improvement of quality of life, improve heart rate turbulence, blood pressurecondition and prognosis in patients.
