摘要
目的观察和分析超声弹性成像联合核磁共振成像(MRI)诊断微小乳腺癌的临床价值。方法 100例疑似患有微小乳腺癌患者,随机分为超声组以及联合组,各50例。超声组运用单纯用超声及弹性成像诊断检查,联合组运用弹性成像联合核磁共振成像诊断检查,对比两种检查方法的诊断效果,与病理结果进行比较。结果超声诊断的诊断符合率为80.0%,误诊率为12.0%,漏诊率为8.0%。超声弹性成像联合核磁共振的诊断符合率为96.0%,误诊率为2.0%,漏诊率为2.0%。超声弹性成像联合核磁共振检查的诊断符合率优于超声弹性成像,漏诊率、误诊率显著低于超声弹性成像,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在诊断乳腺癌上,超声弹性成像联合核磁共振成像具有重要的临床应用价值,可以科学区分对良性、恶性肿瘤,其灵敏度、准确性高,可以有效提高患者的生活质量,值得临床应用。
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical value of ultrasonic elastography combinedwith magnetic resonance imaging for minute breast cancer.Methods A total of100suspected minute breast cancer patients were randomly divided into ultrasound group and combination group,with50cases in eachgroup.The ultrasound group received ultrasonic elastography for diagnosis,and the combination group receivedelastography combined with magnetic resonance imaging for diagnosis.Diagnostic effect of two methods wascompared,and they were compared with pathology results.Results Ultrasound diagnosis had diagnosticaccordance rate as80.0%,misdiagnosis rate as12.0%and missed diagnosis rate as8.0%,while ultrasonicelastography combined with magnetic resonance imaging had diagnostic accordance rate as96.0%,misdiagnosisrate as2.0%and missed diagnosis rate as2.0%.Ultrasonic elastography combined with magnetic resonanceimaging examination had better diagnostic accordance rate and significantly lower misdiagnosis rate and misseddiagnosis rate than ultrasound diagnosis.Their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).ConclusionFor diagnosis of breast cancer,combination of ultrasonic elastography and magnetic resonance imaging hasimportant clinical application value,which can scientifically distinguish benign and malignant tumor with highsensitivity and accuracy,and it can effectively improve the patient's quality of life.So it is worthy of clinicalapplication.
