浅析腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术联合子宫动脉阻断术在子宫肌瘤患者中的应用价值

Brief analysis of application value by laparoscopic myomectomy combined with uterine artery occlusion in uterine fibroid patients

目的分析腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术联合子宫动脉阻断术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法 60例子宫肌瘤患者,按治疗方式不同分成对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组单独使用腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗,观察组使用经腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术联合子宫动脉阻断术治疗。比较两组患者的并发症发生情况等。结果观察组的并发症发生率为16.7%(5/30),对照组并发症发生率为56.7%(17/30),比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=10.335,P<0.05)。结论子宫肌瘤患者接受腹腔镜子宫剔除术联合子宫动脉阻断术治疗的效果突出,患者创伤小,恢复快,出血少,月经改善明显,可以推广使用。

Objective To analyze clinical effect by laparoscopic myomectomy combined with uterineartery occlusion in the treatment of uterine fibroid.Methods A total of60patients with uterine fibroid weredivided by different treatment measures into control group and observation group,with30cases in each group.The control group received laparoscopic myomectomy alone for treatment,and the observation group receivedlaparoscopic myomectomy combined with uterine artery occlusion for treatment.Comparison was made onoccurrence of complications condition between the two groups.Results The observation group had incidenceof complications as16.7%(5/30),and the control group had incidence of complications as56.7%(17/30).Theirdifference had statistical significance(χ2=10.335,P<0.05).Conclusion Implement of laparoscopic myomectomycombined with uterine artery occlusion shows excellent effect for patients with uterine fibroid,along with smalltrauma,rapid rehabilitation,few bleeding and obvious improvement in menstruation.This method is worthpromoting and applying.
