盐酸氟桂利嗪联合阿司匹林治疗偏头痛的疗效评价

Evaluation on curative effect of flunarizine hydrochloride combined with aspirin in the treatment of migraine

目的探析盐酸氟桂利嗪联合阿司匹林治疗偏头痛的疗效。方法 75例偏头痛患者,采用随机信封法分为单一组(37例)和联合组(38例)。单一组给予单纯的盐酸氟桂利嗪进行治疗,联合组则在单一组的基础上联合应用阿司匹林治疗,观察其治疗效果、不良反应以及头痛程度。结果联合组患者的治疗总有效率为94.74%,明显高于单一组的72.98%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后联合组头痛积分明显低于单一组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组的并发症发生率2.63%低于单一组的18.91%,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论应用盐酸氟桂利嗪+阿司匹林进行联合治疗偏头痛的临床效果较显著,改善了患者头痛程度,也减少了不良反应,对于临床偏头痛疾病的治疗具有一定的优势。

Objective To explore and analyze the curative effect of flunarizine hydrochloride combinedwith aspirin in the treatment of migraine.Methods A total of75migraine patients were divided by envelopemethod into single group(37cases)and combined group(38cases).The single group received flunarizinehydrochloride only for treatment,and the combined group received aspirin for treatment on the basis of the singlegroup.Observation were made on treatment effect,adverse reactions and headache seriousness in two groups.Results The combined group had obviously higher total treatment effective rate as94.74%than72.98%insingle group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the combined group hadobviously lower headache integral than the single group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The combined group had lower incidence of complications as2.63%than18.91%in the single group,and thedifference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of flunarizine hydrochloride+aspirinshows significant clinical effect in treating migraine,which can improve headache seriousness in patients andreduce adverse reactions.It has certain advantages for the treatment of clinical migraine disease.
