肾病综合征治疗中应用低分子肝素的临床疗效观察

Observation of clinical effect by low molecular heparin applied in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome

目的探讨分析肾病综合征治疗中应用低分子肝素的临床疗效。方法 70例肾病综合征患者作为研究对象,将患者随机分为观察组与对照组,各35例,对照组给予常规药物治疗,观察组在常规药物治疗基础上给予低分子肝素治疗,对两组患者治疗前后的各项临床指标、临床症状缓解时间以及不良反应发生率进行比较分析。结果两组患者治疗前各项临床指标水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者各项临床指标均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者临床症状缓解时间(3.13±1.43)周、不良反应发生率2.9%,均明显少于对照组(5.04±1.26)周、17.1%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低分子肝素治疗肾病综合征的疗效显著、有助于缓解患者的临床症状,减少不良反应,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate clinical effect by low molecular heparin applied in the treatment ofnephrotic syndrome.Methods A total of70patients with nephrotic syndrome as study subjects were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with35cases in each group.The control group receivedconventional drug therapy,and the observation group received additional low molecular heparin to conventionaldrug therapy.Comparative analysis was made on clinical indexes before and after treatment,remission time ofclinical symptoms and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Results There was no statisticallysignificant difference of clinical indexes levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group had all better clinical indexes than the control group,and the difference had statisticalsignificance(P<0.05).The observation group had remission time of clinical symptoms as(3.13±1.43)weeks andincidence of adverse reactions as2.9%,which were all lower than(5.04±1.26)weeks and17.1%in the controlgroup,and their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Low molecular heparin in treatingnephrotic syndrome shows excellent curative effect,and it is helpful to relieve clinical symptoms in patients andreduce adverse reactions.This method is worth clinical promotion and application.
