麝香保心丸辅助治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果及安全性分析

Analysis of clinical effect and safety by Shexiang Baoxin pills in adjuvant therapy for coronary heart disease angina pectoris

目的分析麝香保心丸辅助治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果及安全性。方法 94例冠心病心绞痛患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各47例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在此基础上给予麝香保心丸进行辅助治疗。比较两组临床总有效率、心电图改善情况及不良反应发生率。结果观察组总有效率为91.49%,显著高于对照组的65.96%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者心电图改善率为85.11%(40/47),对照组心电图改善率为59.57%(28/47),比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为4.26%,对照组为6.38%,两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论麝香保心丸辅助治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果显著,安全性较高,可长期服用,值得临床广泛应用及推广。

Objective To analyze clinical effect and safety by Shexiang Baoxin pills in adjuvant therapy for coronary heart disease angina pectoris.Methods A total of94patients with coronary heart disease anginapectoris were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with47cases in each group.The controlgroup received conventional therapy,and the observation group received additional Shexiang Baoxin pills asadjuvant therapy to conventional therapy.Comparison was made on clinical total effective rate,improvementcondition of electrocardiogram,and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Results Theobservation group had obviously higher total effective rate as91.49%than65.96%in the control group,and theirdifference had statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group had improvement rate ofelectrocardiogram as85.11%(40/47),and the control group had improvement rate of electrocardiogram as59.57%(28/47).Their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The observation group had incidence of adversereactions as4.26%,which was6.38%in the control group.There was no statistically significant difference ofincidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Implement of Shexiang Baoxinpills in adjuvant therapy for coronary heart disease angina pectoris shows excellent effect and high safety,and it isfeasible for long-term administration.This method is worth widely clinical application and promotion.
