记忆合金髌骨爪治疗髌骨骨折的护理体会

Nursing experience of shape-remembering alloy claw in the treatment of patella fracture

目的探讨髌骨骨折采用记忆合金髌骨爪治疗的护理措施及效果。方法 74例髌骨骨折患者,均自愿接受记忆合金髌骨爪治疗,按照随机数字表法将患者分为研究组(给予综合护理)与对照组(给予常规护理),各37例。对比两组护理效果。结果研究组优25例(67.6%)、良12例(32.4%)、可0例、差0例,优良率为100.0%;对照组优20例(54.1%)、良12例(32.4%)、可4例(10.8%)、差1例(2.7%),优良率为86.5%;研究组优良率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=5.36,P<0.05)。研究组发生骨不愈合0例、延迟愈合0例、膝关节强直1例(2.7%)、髌骨爪移位0例,并发症发生率为2.7%;对照组发生骨不愈合1例(2.7%)、延迟愈合1例(2.7%)、膝关节强直2例(5.4%)、髌骨爪移位2例(5.4%),并发症发生率为16.2%;研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=3.94,P<0.05)。结论综合护理在实施记忆合金髌骨爪治疗的髌骨骨折患者中应用的效果显著,值得进行深入研究和推广。

Objective To explore the nursing measures and effect of shape-remembering alloy clawin the treatment of patella fracture.Methods A total of74patella fracture patients all voluntarily treated withshape-remembering alloy claw were divided by random number table method into research group(receivingcomprehensive nursing)and control group(receiving conventional nursing),with37cases in each group.Nursingeffect was compared in two groups.Results The research group had25excellent cases(67.6%),12good cases(32.4%),0moderate case and0poor case,with excellent-good rate as100.0%,while the control group had20excellent cases(54.1%),12good cases(32.4%),4moderate cases and1poor case(2.7%),with excellent-goodrate as86.5%.The research group had higher excellent-good rate than the control group,and the differencehad statistical significance(χ2=5.36,P<0.05).The research group had0bone nonunion case,0delayed unioncase,1knee ankylosis case(2.7%),and0patellar transpose case,with incidence of complications as2.7%.Thecontrol group had1bone nonunion case(2.7%),1delayed union case(2.7%),2knee ankylosis cases(5.4%)and2patellar transpose cases,with incidence of complications as16.2%.The research group had lower incidenceof complications than the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(χ2=3.94,P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing shows significant effect in patella fracture treated with shape-rememberingalloy claw,and it is worthy of further study and promotion.
