摘要
目的探究对可能存在不良心理的冠心病住院患者实施心理干预和健康教育护理对患者生活质量的影响。方法 96例冠心病住院患者,根据护理方式不同分为观察组和对照组,各48例。观察组患者采用心理护理和健康教育护理模式;对照组患者采用常规护理模式。比较两组患者抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评表(SAS)以及生活质量评分。结果护理前,两组患者SDS、SAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组患者SDS、SAS评分均低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组患者生活质量评分为(84.52±6.54)分,对照组为(71.23±5.17)分,观察组生活质量评分明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对可能存在不良心理的冠心病患者实施心理护理和健康教育护理,可有效缓解患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,有助于提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广运用。
Objective To investigate influence by psychological intervention and health educationapplied for possible unhealthy psychology in hospitalized coronary heart disease patients on their quality oflife.Methods A total of96hospitalized coronary heart disease patients were divided by different nursingmethods into observation group and control group,with48cases in each group.The observation group receivedpsychological nursing and health education nursing mode,and the control group received conventional nursingmode.Comparison was made on self-rating depression scale(SDS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),and qualityof life scores between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference ofSDS and SAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the observation group had lower SDS andSAS scores than the control group,and their differences all had statistical significance(P<0.05).After nursing,theobservation group had quality of life score as(84.52±6.54)points,which was(71.23±5.17)points in the controlgroup.The observation group had obviously higher quality of life score than the control group,and their differencehad statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Implement of psychological intervention and health educationfor possible unhealthy psychology in coronary heart disease patients can effectively relieve their anxiety anddepression emotion.This method is helpful to improve quality of life in patients,and it is worth clinical promotionand application.
