高速公路场景下LTE与eHRPD非优化切换策略

摘要 针对高速公路场景下LTE网络用户的非优化切换问题,通过切换门限参数的设置及测试对比,得出满足用户感知的最佳设置值。首先介绍了非优化切换技术原理,并提出工程优化和参数优化手段提升切换操作成功率。通过多次实测分析,对高速公路场景下的LTE与eHRPD非优化切换进行切换策略验证比较,得出RSRP门限参数最佳值,进而提升网络的服务质量,为优化者提供非优化切换操作建议。 To solve the problem for non-optimized handover of users of LTE network in highway scene,by setting handover threshold and comparison of drive test,the best value of parameter to meet user’s perception is obtained.Firstly,the paper introduces the principle of non-optimized handover technology,and provides the methods of project optimization and parameter optimization to improve the success of handover.Through actual analysis,it compares with LTE and eHRPD non-optimized handover strategies in highway scene,and summarizes the best value of RSRP threshold.Then,we can enhance the service quality of the network and provide suggestion on non-optimized handover for optimization engineers.
