左室电极植入位置对心力衰竭患者心脏再同步化治疗后应答效果的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨左室电极植入位置对心力衰竭患者心脏再同步化治疗应答效果的影响。方法回顾2013年9月至2015年9月该院确诊治疗的100例心力衰竭患者的临床资料。所有患者均给予心脏再同步化起搏-除颤器(CRT-D)植入治疗,依据左室电极植入位置分为心侧静脉组32例、心侧后静脉组31例、心中静脉组26例和心大静脉组11例,随访1年,比较各组超应答率和不良心脏事件发生情况。结果心侧静脉组、心侧后静脉组植入左室电极的超应答率明显高于心中静脉组、心大静脉组,不良心脏事件发生率明显低于心中静脉组、心大静脉组。结论 CRT-D植入后应答效果与患者植入位置有关,最佳位置为心侧静脉和心后侧静脉,术前应准确评估心室激动最迟部位。
