摘要
利用国际菠菜霜霉病菌生理小种鉴别系统,对采集自北京、山东、山西的5份霜霉病样品进行人工接种鉴定。结果表明:北京的3份霜霉病样品均为9号生理小种,山东的1份霜霉病样品为8号生理小种,山西的1份霜霉病样品为5号生理小种;说明我国不同地区存在不同的菠菜霜霉病菌生理小种。
This study conducted artificial inoculation identification by international spinach downy mildew physiological race identification system on5field samples of spinach downy mildew pathogen from Beijing,Shandong and Shanxi.The results indicated that the3samples collected from Beijing were race No.9,the one from Shanxi Province was typed out as race No.5,the one from Shandong Province was typed out as race No.8.These results showed that there were different physiological races of spinach downy mildew in different regions of China.
