摘要
随着新能源汽车市场快速的发展,轮边电机驱动桥以其优越的性能逐渐成为商用车车桥首选产品。文章对国内某轮边电机驱动桥在设计工况下的可靠性进行有限元分析,并对该驱动桥进行结构优化。采用有限元分析方法,以降低结构应力、提高桥总成安全系数为目标,对该驱动桥进行结构优化设计。经过多轮优化后,桥总成结构应力明显下降,且满足桥总成安全系数要求。
With the development of new energy automobile,electric drive axle became the best product of commercialvehicle by high performance.Finite element analysis was performed on the reliability under design conditions of an electricdrive axle,and structural optimization was performed.Using finite element analysis method,optimization design wasperformed,reducing the structural stress and improving safety coefficient of the axle were taken as the objective function.After several rounds of optimization,the structure stress of axle assembly was decreased,and the safety factor met the axlestrength requirement.
