摘要
文章论述分离式平衡轴后悬架的结构特点,并介绍了分离式平衡轴后悬架在生产过程中存在的问题,通过现场调查、分析,对各种问题进行定性,通过采取工序布局优化、装配工序流程优化、工装器具的改造、辅具制作等措施,提高后悬架的工艺能力,达到工序均衡、提高产品质量的目的。
This article discusses the separate balance shaft rear suspension of the structural features,and introduces separatebalance shaft in the rear suspension problems in the production process,through on-site investigation,analysis,andqualitative issues,through the adoption process layout optimization,assembly process flow optimization,tooling apparatusof the transformation,production of assistive devices such as measures to improve the rear suspension of the processcapability to achieve a balanced process,improve product quality.
