摘要
为解决长城公司升级换代的绚丽轿车的离合器分离效果不彻底的问题,在实际生产的经验基础之上,通过对离合器系统的综合分析,提出了新式分离系统的构想并设计了对中式液压分离系统;搭建实验专用台架,对新型分离系统的踏板力的稳态、分离副缸的摩擦性能以及对密封件密封性能进行了各自的测试,在实验测试的基础上得出该新型分离系统的实际可行性的结论。
To solve the problem of the Great Wall Company upgrading the flowery car clutch problem with incompleteseparation effect.Based on the practical production experience,through the comprehensive analysis of the clutch system,this article puts forward the idea of new separation system and design of symmetric style hydraulic separation system.Constructing the special experimental bench.Testing on the pedal force of new type of separation system,separation ofcylinder friction performance and seal sealing performance respectively.Then come to the conclusion of the new separationsystem is practical on the basis of the result of above tests
