摘要
文章主要对汽车发动机舱内可燃材料的成分进行分类,研究了常见可燃材料的燃烧特性,评判了其发生火灾时热危险性等级。通过模拟实车电气火灾试验,获得试验条件下电气部件起火燃烧时火源周围温度以及热辐射的变化规律,并验证发动机舱内可燃零部件的燃烧特性。
In this paper,the common combustible materials in the engine cabin are classified to study the properties ofcombustion,and the danger grades are set up to assess the materials thermal hazard.Finally,an experiment was made tosimulate the electrical fire using the whole vehicle.By the experiment,the temperature changes around the burningelectrical parts and the rule of the heat release rate development were found,and the properties of combustible materialswere tested in the engine cabin.
