摘要
某款汽油发动机小批量生产时,热机怠速时,有较为明显敲击异响。为解决该异响问题,文章分析了活塞连杆敲击异响的产生机理,并使用了角度域分析方法对发动机的振动、噪声信号进行了采集分析,确定了敲击异响的活塞连杆组件。通过优化连杆大头配瓦间隙等参数,经过试验验证,敲击异响消失。
When some gasoline engine is small batch production,the knock noise is clear on hot idle condition.In order tosolve the this problem,this paper analyzes the mechanism of piston conrod knock noise,the engine vibration and noise havebeen acquired and analyzed using the angle domain method,to make sure which assembly of piston and conrod bring theknock noise.Through optimizing the clearance between conrod big end and the bearing etc.the knock noise disappear aftertest.
