摘要 发动机前端附件驱动(FEAD)系统是汽车中关键的子系统,其性能的好坏直接影响发动机动力的输出、附件的工作以及整车的NVH性能。其中自动张紧器是FEAD系统的核心部件,文章基于某乘用车,对发动机FEAD系统自动张紧器结构组成、工作原理、性能指标、理论计算做了详细的介绍,并对该乘用车发动机FEAD系统性能做了动态仿真计算和整车性能试验验证。计算和试验结果表明FEAD系统性能能够满足设计及整车性能要求。 The engine front end accessory drive(FEAD)system is key subsystems in the vehicle,the stand or fall of itsperformance directly affect the work of engine power output,attachments and harshness(NVH)performance of the vehicle.Including automatic tensioner is the core component of FEAD system,based on a passenger car,the engine FEAD systemautomatic tensioner structure composition,working principle,performance index and the theoretical calculation isintroduced in detail,and the dynamic simulation of the passenger car engine FEAD system performance calculation andperformance test.The results show that the performance of FEAD system can meet the requirements of design and vehicleperformance.
