摘要
在某型号DCT变速器完成疲劳寿命试验拆解后,发现差速器主减从动齿轮断裂1个齿。在对故障件断口形貌,金相组织、硬度、硬化层深等指标排查后,最后认为差速器主减从动齿断裂的原因应为台架控制所致。
In a certain type of DCT transmission after completion,the fatigue life test and dismantling found differentialmain fracture a driven gear teeth.In fault fracture surface morphology,microstructure,hardness and hardening layer depthindicator after the screening,finally think differential main driven gear reduction caused by the cause of the fault should bein the control bench.
