突出专业特色、面向应用型汽车类人才培养的几点对策

Outstanding professional characteristics, several countermeasures for applied automobile class talent cultivation

针对目前学校向应用型本科院校转型,为了突出学院专业特色,分析了汽车类核心课程的现状,从课程教学、教材建设、实践教学、课程设计、毕业设计、课程考核方式方法、参加汽车类高水平综合竟赛、开辟大学生校外实践教学基地、师资队伍建设等环节探讨了应用型汽车人才培养的对策。这些方案能够改善教学效果、提高教学质量、加强学生的工程实践能力和创新设计能力,为适应经济、社会发展需要的应用型汽车工程技术人才培养提供保障。

based on the current school to the transformation of applied undergraduate colleges,in order to highlight thecharacteristics of college professional,analyzed the present situation of the core courses,from the curriculum,teachingmaterial construction,practice teaching,curriculum design,graduation design,curriculum evaluation methods,toparticipate in the car with high level comprehensive college,college students off-campus practice teaching base andteaching staff building,this paper discusses the applied auto talent training countermeasures.These solutions can improvethe teaching effect and improve teaching quality,strengthening students'project practice ability and innovation designability,in order to meet the need of economic and social development of applied automobile engineering and technicalpersonnel training.
