基于故障树的管式加热炉运行风险评价

摘要 应用故障树分析方法对典型石化装置中管式加热炉进行运行风险评价。确定加热炉体系架构,以管式加热炉运行风险为故障树的顶事件,建立故障树,对故障树进行了定性分析,找出降低管式加热炉运行风险的控制要因及相应的控制手段,为企业的加热炉管理决策提供科学依据并为加热炉设备维护提供可靠的信息。 Application of fault tree analysis method to evaluate the operation risk of tubular heating furnace in typical petrochemical plant.Determine the furnace system architecture.The top event to run the risk of pipe type heating furnace for fault tree,establish fault tree,fault tree analysis,find out the operation risk control to reduce pipe type heating furnace for and the corresponding control measures,provide scientific basis for enterprise decision management of heating furnace and provide reliable information for heating equipment maintenance.
