高矿化度下地层水对P110钢电化学腐蚀特性研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过模拟高矿化度下地层水环境,用电化学测试法研究不同温度、矿化度下P110钢的电化学性能。结果表明:1、矿化度较低时,腐蚀速率随温度的升高而增加,腐蚀程度加剧;2、随着矿化度的增大,腐蚀速率随着温度的增加而减小,腐蚀被抑制;3、当矿化度达到实验条件下最大值时,温度对腐蚀的影响很小,腐蚀状况趋于平缓且腐蚀速率很小。 The Simulation of the high salinity bottom water environment was carried out and polarization curve of the P110steel was measured at different temperatures and salinities by using the electrochemical test method,the corrosion characteristics of the P110steel in different condition was studied.The results as follow:1.At the lower salinity,with the rising of temperature,the corrosion rate is increasing,which leads to the corrosion is aggravated;2.With the increasing of the degree of mineralization,when the rise of the temperature causes the corrosion rate decreasing and corrosion was inhibited;3.When the salinity concentration reaches the maximum value of the experiment condition,the influence of temperature on the corrosion was little so that the corrosion status was gentle and the corrosion rate were low.
