自制转动机具应用于大口径管道现场防腐

Application of Self-made Rotating Machinery in the Field of Large Diameter Pipeline Corrosion Protection

大口径管道现场防腐时外聚丙烯胶带缠绕施工费时费力,质量难于控制。本文对原施工机具状况进行分析,提出了方法改进方案,对自制辅助转动机具进行介绍。通过现场应用,降低了劳动强度,提高了工效,保证了防腐质量,可供同类施工参考借鉴。

The outer polypropylene tape winding in the field of large diameter pipeline corrosion protection is time-consuming and laborious,and the quality is difficult to control.This paper analyzes the status of the original construction equipment,puts forward the methods to improve the program,and introduces the self-made auxiliary rotary machine.Through the site application,the labor intensity is reduced,the work efficiency is improved,the anticorrosion quality is guaranteed,and also can be used for reference for similar construction.
