复方中草药在罗非鱼养殖中的安全性评价 被引量:13

摘要 在罗非鱼基础饲料中添加质量分数1%、3%、5%的复方中草药,连续投喂30 d,测定罗非鱼生长性能及血液生化指标,并对其肝脏、脾脏、头肾、体肾等组织进行病理学检查,评价罗非鱼养殖中该复方中草药的安全性。结果表明:3实验组罗非鱼增重率均高于对照组(P<0.05),饲料系数均低于对照组(P<0.05);3个添加剂量下,中草药对罗非鱼血清中的谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶、白蛋白、总蛋白、肌酐、尿素氮等指标无显著影响(P>0.05),但添加5%复方中草药组的罗非鱼血清甘油三酯含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);3实验组的罗非鱼肝、脾、头肾、体肾与对照组相比无明显变化。在养殖生产中,罗非鱼饲料添加质量分数1%~3%的复方中草药制剂是安全的。 To provide information on the safety of the compound Chinese Herbal Medicine,its sub-acute toxicity in Tilapia(Oreochromis niloticus)is evaluated.Tilapia were fed with0%(control group),1%,3%,5%compound Chinese Herbal Medicine supplemented feed for a month.At the end ofthe experiment,the growth status and the feed utilization of the fish were calculated,and the blood biochemical indexes was detected.The pathological changes in liver,head kidney,body kidney and spleen as well were observed.The results showed that the weight gain rate of tilapia increased with the increase of the dosage of the compound Chinese Herbal Medicine,and the feed coefficient decreased with the increase of dosage(P<0.05).The levels of Aspartate transaminase(AST),Alanine aminotransferase(ALT),Total protein(TP),Albumin(ALB),Creatinine(Cr),Urea nitrogen(BUN)had no significant difference with the control group(P>0.05).However,the Triacylglyceride(TG)of the5%group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant histological changes in the liver,spleen,head kidney and kidney.The results in this study suggest that it is safe and feasible to use1%and3%compound Chinese herbal medicine in tilapia culture.
