摘要
从高山榕(Ficus altissima Bl.)叶斑病的病叶上分离到一株真菌,经接种鉴定为高山榕叶斑病的病原物。通过形态学观察,发现该病原物为链格孢属(Alternaria sp.)。利用直接菌落PCR测定了此病原物的核糖体DNA的转录间区、内聚半乳糖醛酸酶基因以及基因组中OPA1-3区域的DNA。结合序列分析和形态学观察结果,该菌鉴定为A.gaisen。
Ficus altissima Bl.is a green plant distributed in tropics and subtropics with great ornamental value.A leaf spot disease is an critical disease in F.altissima,so it is important to prevent and control the disease when the pathogen is identified.A fungus is isolated from the diseased leaves,and is nidentified to be the pathogen of the disease.The pathogen is identified as Alternaria sp.After morphological observation.The internal transcriptional space(ITS)of rDNA,endopolygalacturonase(EPG)gene and the regions of OPA1-3in genome of Alternaria are amplified and sequenced using direct colony PCR.The fungus is identified as A.gaisen based on both the sequences analysis and morphological observation.
