摘要
自2007年实施新的资助政策以来,一系列教育改革措施有力地促进了教育公平。但在贫困生认定工作中仍然存在着贫困生认定标准不统一,认定程序不规范,认定对象和受助群体"两张皮"的现象。当下,为促进教育更加公平,高等院校需要建立更加科学高效的贫困生认定机制。
Since implementation of the new subsidy policy in2007,a series of education reform measures have greatly improved the education equality.However,there is still inconsistency,non-standard identification procedure and“duplicity”of the identified objects and recipients in identification standards of poor university students.At present,to improve equality in education,the universities should establish more reasonable and effective identification mechanism of poor students.
