摘要
S-zorb装置是由Conoco Phillips(COP)公司开发的主要是应用于催化汽油的脱硫方向的一款装置。Conoco Phillips COP公司从20世纪90年代开始着手于研制S-Zorb吸附剂,同期开始研究S-Zorb工艺技术,截止到20世纪末21世纪初真正的实现了吸附剂,实现工业化,而且成功建成实验装置,运用在实际作业项目是在2001年4月Borger炼油厂工业示范装置的开工。同时S-zorb技术大约有10年左右的运用周期。而在我国对S-zorb装置技术的引用实际案例是2007年中国石化公司整体收购了S-Zorb工艺技术,并且成功拿下S-Zorb工艺技术完完全全的专利权,我国的自主科技地位有了进一步提升。
S-zorb device is developed by ConocoPhillips(COP)company and its main application is the desulfuration of catalytic gasoline.ConocoPhillips(COP)company has started setting about developing S-Zorb adsorbent since1990th,at the same time,it also has started developing the S-Zorb processing technology and to the end of1921st,the adsorbent industrialization has been realized in the real sense,furthermore,the experimental device has been built successfully and its fi rst practical application is in the project of Borger oil refi nery industrial demonstration plant.Meanwhile,S-Zorb technology has about10year of operation period.China’s practical application case of S-Zorb device technology is that in2007,Sinopec has purchased the S-Zorb processing technology and has successfully got the patent right of S-Zorb processing technology totally.China’s independent science and technology has got further promotion.
