一种振动筒压力传感器的稳定性评价方法研究

稳定性是评价一只传感器性能高低的重要指标,本论文应用Visual Basic这一软件的开发工具,通过对振动筒压力传感器标定数据的分析、处理与计算,得出每只振动筒压力传感器的稳定性指标,并按照一定的筛选标准,将所处理的振动筒压力传感器分成1、2、3、4四个等级,最终输出一个振动筒压力传感器等级列表文件。根据等级列表文件中给出的数据,我们可以清楚的看到每只传感器在不同的温度点的稳定性好坏,对将来的应用给出一定的指导。

Stability is the important indicator for evaluating the performance level of transducer.In this paper,by applying the development tools of Visual Basic software and analyzing,processing and calculating the marked data of vibration cylinder pressure transducer,it has got the stability indicator of each vibration cylinder pressure transducer,besides,according to certain screening standard,classify the processed vibration cylinder pressure transducer into four grades,like grade1,grade2,grade3,grade4,finally,output the grade list document of one vibration cylinder pressure transducer.According to the data listed in the grade list document,we can clearly know that the stability degree of each transducer in different temperature point has certain guidance function for the following application.
