日化产品生产线是日化行业用于生产制造日化产品的一种生产组织形式,日化原料混合系统是生产日化产品的必备系统(以下简称混料系统)。在传统混料系统基础上,采用模块化产品设计方法,对其进行了模块化设计和应用,根据混料系统的功能特点将其设计成六大模块并将这六大模块通过设计相应的可互相衔接的钢结构,单机设备和工艺管道,成功地应用到日处理原料量10T的混料系统上。

In daily chemical industry,the daily production line is a kind of processing form to product the daily chemical products;raw material mixing system is an essential system for daily production.On the basis of the traditional mixing system,add the modular method,mixing system design into six modules,then design the steel structure,equipment and process piping,they can be connected free,the six modules are successfully applied to the processing of10T raw materials mixing system.
