ProMax在硫磺回收工艺模拟中的应用

摘要 硫黄回收是将天然气中的H2S转化为单质硫的工艺过程,随着世界各国环保要求的日益严格,将天然气中脱除的H2S转化成硫黄,不仅是从经济上考虑,更出于环境保护的要求。ProMax是美国BRYAN公司开发的一款用于石油天然气行业的工艺过程模拟软件,可以模拟多种硫磺回收工艺:Claus、Superclaus、COPE、CBA、Sulfreen、Selectox/Recycle Selectox和SCOT,可以模拟不同的工艺流程安排:直流法、分流法、预热酸气和直接氧化法。本文介绍ProMax在硫黄回收工艺模拟上的应用。 Sulfur recovery is the processing course of transforming the H2S in natural gas into elemental sulfur and with the increasingly stringent environmental protection requirement of each country in the world,transforming the H2S removed from the natural gas into sulfur is not only the consideration of economics,but also the requirement of environmental protection.ProMax is the processing course simulation software developed by America BRYAN company and used in petroleum and natural gas industry,besides,it can simulate many kinds of sulfur recovery processes,such as,Claus、Superclaus、COPE、CBA、Sulfreen、Selectox/Recycle Selectox and SCOT and it can simulate different processes procedure arrangement,such as DC method,the shunt method,preheating of acid gas,and direct oxidation method.In this paper,it has introduced the application of ProMax in sulfur recovery processing simulation.
