摘要
本文以南海某重油油田为例,分析了生产水处理系统受空间的制约因素,提出使用水力旋流器和紧凑式气浮作为集约化处理工艺方案,对设备进行分析,着重描述了新型设备紧凑式气浮技术,通过对比传统生产水处理流程设备,对设备厂家和现场使用情况进行调研,同时开展实验研究,文章指出,使用高效分离器提高油水分离效率,利用水力旋流器和紧凑式气浮将生产污水处理合格排海的工艺方案是可行的,但需要注意化学药剂、流程稳定和人员操作几方面的问题。本研究为海洋平台小型、集约化处理工艺提供了借鉴,具有积极的推广意义。
Based on one heavy oil field in China South Sea,this paper analyzes the space limitation for water treatment system on offshore platform and brings out the intensive process including hydraulic cyclone and compact floatation unit(CFU).This paper especially describes the newly used CFU technology and compares with the traditional technology.By vendor inquiry,site research and laboratory test,it is concluded that it is feasible to use hydraulic cyclone and CFU to treat produced water after the production fluid is separated by the high efficiency separator.This paper also points out that chemical injection,process stability and personnel operation are important to the process plan.This study applies the example to the small and intensive water treatment system study and has the great meaning of promotion.
