摘要
以浙江省临安市南笤溪为例,探讨了溪流源头三条支流(1~3号)顺序、土地利用类型等因素与水质之间的相互关系。分析比较了p H、溶解氧(DO)、温度、溶解总氮(TDN)、NO_3-N、NH_4^+-N、NO_2-N、溶解有机氮(TDP)、PO_4^(3-)-P和非挥发性有机碳(NPOC)等主要水质指标变化规律,并对不同位点水质指标进行了hierarchical cluster分析。结果表明,不同溪流顺序和土地利用类型的河流水质差异显著;而溪流顺序和土地利用类型则是导致河流水质在空间上发生变化的主要因素,这与前人研究结果存在差异。
For understanding the reasons that caused the degradation of water quality in headwater streams,systematic sampling was conducted at different spatial locations along the low order streams(1st-3th)of South Tiaoxi River,Lin’an City,Zhejiang Province,China.The indexes of stream water quality,i.e.,the pH,dissolved oxygen(DO),dissolved total nitrogen(TDN),NO3-N,NH4+-N,NO2-N,dissolved organic nitrogen(DON),dissolved total phosphorus(TDP),PO43--P and Non-Purgeable Organic Carbon(NPOC)concentrations were measured and analyzed.The stream order,related environmental settings and land-use type were recorded for each sampling location.The indexes of stream water quality at different locations with different stream orders and land use types were compared by ANOVA analysis.The indexes of stream water quality at different sampling locations were analyzed by Hierarchical cluster analysis.Result showed that water quality had significant difference in different stream orders and land use types;some locations with different stream features(stream order and land use type)were grouped into same clusters,indicating that random disturbances produced the variations in water quality,which made the spatial variances of stream water quality inconsistent with the general rules.
