摘要
液压系统是通过液压泵将机械能转化成压力、通过电机进行运转、并且通过改变液压油的流向完成不同方向和不同程度的动作。液压系统在很多领域都能应用。所以为提高学生的设计水平,本文让学生从实践中出发,设计研究出专用铣床液压传动系统方案,进行工况分析,确定液压系统的一些参数,确定系统执行元件,并且经过验算确定液压设计的质量。
Hydraulic system transforms the mechanical energy into pressure through hydraulic pump and then starts running through the electrical machine,besides,by changing the flow direction of hydraulic oil to complete the actions of different directions and different degree.The hydraulic system has application in many fields.In order to improve the students’design level,this paper has taken work situation analysis of the designed and developed dedicated milling machine hydraulic transmission plan to determine the parameter of hydraulic system and systematical execute component,besides,through the checking calculation to determine the quality of hydraulic design.
